Santorini, Greece: Photographer's Choice

I enjoyed my excursion the most on the island of Santorini. It is a photographer's paradise since the whole island sits on a cliff which is a volcanic rim. We had to take a cable car from the ship up the cliff to the town of Fira.

Santorini is famous for its blue domed churches and white cubed homes that dot the cliffs.

On our way out of port, we passed the town of Oia claiming to be the most beautiful town on the island.

One final note is that the recent movie, Mama Mia was filmed on Santorini.
