Mallorca: The Flintstones

Capocorb Vell, an excavated site of the Talayot people who populated the island 3000 years ago. The restaurant at the entrance reminds you of Fred Flintstone.

At the entrance to the park I saw a cat sitting on the wall.

The cat decided to accompany us all the way through the ruins.

An entrance.

In some of the rooms, they have found stones piled on top of each other, sometimes 5 or 6 high.

From the top of the wall you can see the outline of rooms.

Even going across the street to the WC was interesting. An old fortress.

I have found very little written in English about this fascinating place. We really felt it was a hidden treasure.
